This image was made just beside the new pier at Ballydavid (Baile na nGall, as against Baile Dhaith which lies just a few miles to the north).
The Sun has just set behind Sybil Point, leaving a ruddy stain in the sky. This is balanced in the image by the cooler blue of the gently lapping water in the foreground.
