If at any time, for any reason, you decide you don't like the print, you can return it for a full refund within a year. The only restrictions are that it must be undamaged and in its original frame or mount (depending on whether you purchased it framed or unframed). Shipping costs are not refunded.

Lifetime Frame Quality Guarantee

All of my images are framed to the highest possible standard. All materials used in the framing process are archival. This is to ensure your photograph does not discolour over time, as can be the case with cheaper framing.

If at any time your photograph is damaged by my framing, I will replace it at no cost to you. The only restriction is that the image must not have been re-framed after you bought it, and the seal on the frame must be unbroken. This is because I cannot guarantee the work of other framers.

I print all my images using archival inks on archival paper or canvas to ensure you get a lifetime of enjoyment from them. If your photograph fades at any time I will replace it at no cost to you.

Arrange a Return

You must contact me prior to returning an image so that I can advise you on shipping (if you're local, I can pick it up from you in person. Ask when you call or email). Images returned without prior contact will not be accepted.
