The Print

Pricing
I'm offering my prints in two sizes at the moment. Small prints are up to 14" wide and cost only €59. Large prints are about 30" wide and cost just €199.

Images which were previously offered as limited editions are now closed, and no more prints will be made. If you have an interest in one of these images, feel free to contact me directly - as of September, 2009 there are a small number of existing prints still available for sale.

To buy a print, find your favourite image in the gallery and click on it, then click on the button next to the size you want. Follow the secure order process and it will be sent out to you within a week in most cases.

Printers and Ink

My photographs are pigment-on-paper prints. I currently print using a state-of-the-art HP Z3100 24" with HP Vivera inks.

Earlier prints were made variously on Epson printers using Ultrachrome K3 inks, primarily the R2400 for smaller prints and the 7800/9800 series for 20"x30" prints. A small number of older 20"x30" and similar sizes were printed using a Lightjet LED printer.

Papers

I generally use Hahnemühle papers, most often Photo Rag, although more recently I've been printing on Photo Rag Pearl more frequently. These are 100% cotton rag papers. Photo Rag is a matte paper, and Photo Rag Pearl has a semi-gloss 'pearl' coating, which allows for deeper and more detailed blacks.

Canvas prints are made on Hahnemühle Artist Canvas.

Each print I make is thoroughly checked for any imperfections. Even the smallest scratch or mark results in the print being shredded and re-made. This means that you can be assured of the highest possible quality when you receive your photograph.

Editions

All prints are open editions unless otherwise noted.

Framing Options

If you require a framed or mounted print, please contact me for a quote. I can offer prints in traditional frames or stretched over canvas.
