Finding Peter Cox’s photography gallery was an unexpected experience while on a recent cruise. His gallery was welcoming and the images were beautiful captures of nature’s glory. I fell in love with The Black Valley, Co. Kerry, on first sight. I am so delighted with the purchase experience. Peter was willing to hold shipping until I returned from my cruise. The print arrived in excellent condition but with no excess of packaging. Unwrapping it was a joy and it brought back memories of visiting his gallery. The print is mounted on my family room wall where I can see it every day for long periods of time. In my mind I have walked down the road in front of the little cottage and wondered just who might have lived there, what their life was like and how long has it been since it was occupied? It’s not a passive image, but rather one that invites you in to explore, wander and wonder. I absolutely love everything about it and am so glad I wandered into his gallery on my one day in Kinsale.

Gorgeous nightscene at Nohoval Cove

if you have ever seen the fantastic shoreline at Nohoval Cove, you will not forget that beautiful spot in the world. Peter Cox‘ photo is a rare view of this scenery, at night with the milky way shining brightly. This picture has a perfect balance of the nightly colours, together with the moonshine on the prominent rock makes it a thorough piece of art in landscape photography. chapeau!
