Every print is carefully packaged to survive transit — rigid mailers for unframed prints, reinforced corner-protected boxes for framed and canvas work. In the rare event something arrives damaged, get in touch and I'll send a replacement. No quibbles, no forms, no hassle.

How Your Print Is Packaged

Unframed prints are packed securely in rigid mailers with acid-free tissue. Smaller prints are flat-packed, larger prints are rolled in large-diameter, strong postal tubes.
Framed prints are corner-protected with foam, wrapped, and placed in strong cardboard boxes.

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders: Ireland €75+, UK & EU €150+, USA & Canada €250+. For orders below these thresholds, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.

Common Questions

Can I collect in person?
If you're local to Kerry or Cork, collection can sometimes be arranged. Get in touch to discuss.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
For unframed prints and small items, yes. For larger framed prints and canvases, we need a physical address as they require a signature on delivery.
What if I'm not home when it's delivered?
The courier will typically attempt redelivery or leave a card. You can usually arrange a redelivery or collection from a local depot using your tracking number.
Can I send a print as a gift to a different address?
Absolutely. Just enter the recipient's address at checkout. No invoice or pricing is included in the package — just the print, beautifully wrapped.
Will I have to pay customs duty?
Orders within the EU are duty-free. For destinations outside the EU, customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Original art prints typically attract minimal or no duty, but this varies by country.
I ordered a mug or phone case — is the timeline different?
Mugs and phone cases are fulfilled by our print partner and typically arrive within 5–10 business days. You'll receive a separate tracking email for these items.
