Original photography for hotels and hospitality spaces
I’ve been photographing the Irish landscape for over twenty years — the Skelligs, the Beara Peninsula, Connemara, Donegal, all the places visitors come to Ireland hoping to see. A good chunk of that work ends up on hotel walls, and I’ve learned a lot about what works in hospitality spaces along the way.

Hotels that trust my work
From five-star properties to city centre hotels. A selection of completed work.
We recently had a requirement to purchase new framed photographs for all the bedrooms at the Dunloe Castle Hotel outside Killarney. We chose Peter Cox as our supplier and I would like to say that it was a pleasure working with him. From start to finish he made the whole process extremely easy and delivered a quality product on time and on budget.
Prints in place
A few examples of my work in hospitality settings.

What works where
This is where you want drama and scale. The Skelligs rising from Atlantic mist, a storm breaking over the Twelve Bens, the cliffs at Loop Head. Big images that stop people in their tracks and give them something to talk about at dinner.

Calmer work. Soft morning light on Derrynane beach, a still lake in Killarney, the kind of images your guests fall asleep looking at.

Moody, atmospheric photography tends to work best here. Nocturnes, long exposures, the Irish coast at twilight. Sets the right tone without competing with the food.

Curated series work brilliantly here. A sequence of images from one county, or one coastline, that creates a visual journey through the building.

Working with me directly
Most hotels source art through consultants or catalogues. When you work with me, the whole thing is simpler and more flexible.
How it works
Let’s talk about your space
If you’re fitting out a hotel, restaurant, or any hospitality space — drop me a line. No hard sell, just a conversation about what might work.
