Irish Wall Art

Every photograph in this collection was made somewhere along the Irish coast or deep in the mountains, often in weather that would send most people indoors. That's usually when the light is at its best. Every image on this page links to its print.

I've spent close to twenty years photographing Ireland's landscapes, from the Skellig Islands off the Kerry coast to the sea stacks of Donegal, the bogs of Connemara, the wild beaches of Mayo, and the quieter corners of West Cork where I live. These are the places I return to again and again, and the photographs here represent the work I'm most proud of.

Formats and sizes

Each print is made to order in my studio in West Cork. You can choose from framed prints behind glass, stretched canvas, or high-gloss acrylic, each suited to different spaces and tastes. Canvas works well in larger formats where you want presence without the weight of glass. Acrylic gives you deep blacks and real depth of colour, almost like looking at a backlit transparency. It suits bright, modern rooms particularly well.

Sizes range from studio prints that sit comfortably on a bedside table or bookshelf, right up to pieces over a metre wide that anchor a wall. I ship worldwide from the studio here in West Cork. Every print is made to order, so allow two to three weeks, a little longer for large framed pieces in busy periods.

I don't revisit a location until the conditions are right. Some of these photographs took three or four return trips to the same headland or beach before the light, the tide, and the weather all came together. Every print is signed by hand before it leaves the studio.
