Returns & Refunds

I want you to be completely happy with your print. If something isn't right, let's sort it out.

Damaged in Transit? I'll Replace It.

Every print is carefully packaged, but if yours arrives damaged, send me a photo and I'll get a replacement made and shipped to you. No forms, no fuss.

If Something's Wrong

Every print is made to order — printed, checked, signed, and packaged for each customer individually. Because of this, I'm not able to accept returns simply because you've changed your mind. But I'm absolutely committed to making sure you're happy with what you receive.

Resolution

Replacements are reprinted and shipped as a priority. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days — allow a few additional days for your bank to post it.

What's Covered

Damage in transit — If your print, frame, canvas, or acrylic arrives damaged, I'll replace it at no cost. Just send me a photo of the damage so I can improve packaging for future orders too.

Printing defects — If there's a defect in the print quality, colour, or materials, I'll reprint and reship it.

Wrong item — If you receive the wrong print or format, I'll send the correct one immediately.

Non-conformity with contract — If the product doesn't match what was described or shown at the time of purchase, you're entitled to a remedy under consumer law.

Not Sure? Ask First.

If you're unsure about sizing, format, or whether a particular image will suit your space, please get in touch before ordering. I'd much rather help you choose the right print than have you disappointed after it arrives. I can advise on sizes for specific wall spaces, how different formats look, and how an image will feel in your room's lighting.

Gift cards are non-refundable but never expire.

A Note on Colour & Lighting

Every monitor, phone, and tablet displays colour differently — so a print will never be a pixel-perfect match for what you see on screen. I print on calibrated, colour-managed equipment using museum-grade archival inks, and the results are excellent. That said, the room where you hang a print makes a real difference. Landscape photography often features rich, deep tones — and a dark or moody image will look its best in a well-lit room. If you're unsure whether a particular image will suit your room, ask me — I can give you an honest steer.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a print for a different size or format, get in touch within 30 days of receiving it. I'll do my best to accommodate the exchange — you'd just need to return the original in its packaging. You'll be responsible for return postage costs.

Mugs & Phone Cases

These are fulfilled by a third-party print partner. If there's an issue with quality or damage, contact me with photos and I'll arrange a replacement or refund through the supplier.
