Tipperary
Tipperary was always just over the hill from where I live in Cork, and I think I took that proximity for granted for years. It was only when I started making deliberate trips north through the Galtees and into the Glen of Aherlow that I began to properly see it. The Golden Vale in winter light is something else entirely.
The Rock of Cashel has been photographed a million times, but I keep going back. Every season, every sky gives it a different weight. I'm delighted to finally have a collection that does the county justice!
