I love the raw energy in this scene. The foreground rocks are dark and angular, taking a battering, while the road along the cliff top gives you a sense of scale that makes the waves look properly enormous. Which they were!
The light is flat and grey and heavy, the kind of overcast sky that removes all shadow and lets the white of the spray and the dark of the ocean do the work. A wild day on the Kerry coast, captured in panoramic format.

Within the EU there's no customs duty; outside it, any import duty or tax is the buyer's to pay.
Yes. A framed size is the whole frame, edge to edge: 3 inches bigger each way than the print inside it. An unframed size is the sheet of paper, including the white border where I sign and title each print by hand. Canvas and Floating Panel sizes are the face of the piece.
